§ 1 General information

Any personal details (e.g. your title, name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, bank details, credit card number) are processed by us only in accordance with the provisions of the German Data Protection Law. The following regulations will provide information on the nature, extent and purpose of the acquisition, processing and use of personal data. This data privacy declaration refers only to our websites. Should you be forwarded by links on our web pages to other websites, kindly inform yourself of the way in which your data are handled there.

§ 2 Automatic data acquisition

For technical reasons, the following data transmitted to us by your Internet browser are automatically acquired:

- Browser type and version

- Operating system used

- Web page which has directed you to us (Referrer URL)

- Web page which you are visiting

- Date and time of your access

- Your Internet protocol (IP) address

These anonyms data are stored separately from any other personal data you may have provided yourself and therefore cannot be traced to an individual person. They are evaluated for statistical purposes so that we can optimise our Internet site and our offers.

§ 3 Inventory data

Your personal data - in as far as they are required to establish, organise the content of or change the contractual relationship (inventory data) shall be used exclusively to implement the contract. Your name and address, for example, must be passed on to the respective suppliers to permit delivery of the goods. Except as set out in this privacy policy, we will not disclose your personal data to any third party without your express consent or unless we are legally bound to do so. By order of official agencies, we are permitted in isolated cases to disclose your personal data in as far as they are necessary for purposes of criminal prosecution, civil protection or the enforcement of intellectual property rights. 

§ 4 Usage data

Your personal data which are necessary to enable you to take advantage of and settle our offers (usage data) shall be used for the purpose of implementing the contract. Usage data cover in particular the attributes for your identification, details of the beginning, end and extent of the respective usage and details of the teleservices of which you take advantage. We are permitted to pass on to other providers or third parties usage data for the purpose of account settlement (so-called settlement data), where this is necessary for the purpose of settling accounts with the user. These usage and settlement data shall be deleted after our demand for payment has been settled in full. Where a deletion of such data is barred by legal, statutory or contractual retention periods, the data shall be disabled instead of deleted.

We shall furthermore use such usage data for the purposes of advertising and market research or to structure our offers to suit demand in order to create usage profiles when pseudonyms are used. You are entitled to object to this type of use of your usage data. These usage profiles are not kept together with your personal data.

By order of the relevant agencies, we are permitted in individual cases to disclose your personal data where this is necessary for the purposes of criminal prosecution, civil protection or the enforcement of intellectual property rights. 

§ 5 Information on cookies

So-called cookies are used to identify again the repeated use of an offer by the same user. Cookies are small text files which are placed and stored on your computer by your Internet browser. They serve to optimise our website and our offers. These are so-called "session cookies", which are deleted again at the end of your visit. No personal data are acquired by means of these cookies. 

§ 6 Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc.("Google") Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and which allow an analysis of your usage of the website. The information generated by the cookies about your usage of this website are usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and are stored there. However, should the IP anonymising function be activated on this website and should you be located in a member state of the European Union or in another contracting state of the Treaty on the European Economic Area, your IP address will be abbreviated in advance by Google. It is only in exceptional cases that your complete IP address will be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your usage of the website, to compile reports about the website activities and to provide other services to the website operator connected with the website usage and Internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser to Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You can block storage of the cookies by making a corresponding setting on your browser software; we would like to point out, however, that you may not be able in this case to take full advantage of all the functions on this website.
