System components
Alpine air jet sieve 200 LS-N basic unit
Analysis sieving machine with modern equipment for extremely accurate, reproducible sieving analyses in the laboratory.

Analysis range
20 µm to approx. 4000 µm with 203 mm Ø analysis sieves
10 µm to 30 µm with 75 mm Ø micro-precision sieves.
Electronic timer with interval function
Tare reset function for (optional) laboratory balance. Balance not included with basic equipment.
Underpressure indicated in display; underpressure regulation (optional).
Simple parameterisation via keyboard for setting the language (G, E, F, SP) and balance model, reset of cleaning and inspection counter, selection of various modes for sieve recognition.
Ergonomically designed cast aluminium housing with special connector to permit vacuum cleaner connection. Special materials of construction and coatings also available.
Sieve housing with self-centring sieve support for analysis sieving drum.
Polished slotted nozzle in stainless steel 1.4581.
Nozzle drive via geared motor N = 20 W.
Plexiglas cover; tapping hammer.
Unit available to order for 230 V, 50/60 Hz or 115 V, 50/60 Hz.

Sieve recognition
the sieve data are captured via an antenna in the basic unit and a transponder on the sieve frame, optional control via LS-N or LS-PRO software, with stored database.

Prerequisite for operation of the fully automatic sieve recognition is the transponder on the sieve (plastic clip) and the antenna in the basic 200 LS-N unit.

Two serial interfaces RS 232 C, for direct connection of laboratory balance, printer, underpressure regulation, electronic tapper and optional PC operation (LS-PRO).
