Quality

Alpine's e200 LS air jet sieve serves as a quality assurance analysis device as defined in DIN EN 9001 and is therefore subject to various standards that cover the monitoring of test equipment (see list of standards, German, pdf). All functions and settings of the e200 LS air jet sieve and its system components are checked carefully and documented in detail in a test protocol prior to delivery.

The air jet sieve is stipulated at many of our customers as the requisite test device in their factory specification, whereby for every product to be processed, individually different specifications regarding sampling, sample preparation, batch weight, underpressure, sieve selection, sieving time, dispersion aids, sieve cleaning, air humidity and temperature are defined.

The automatic sieve recognition function offers a high degree of operating reliability during operation of the e200 LS.

Based on the respective requirements, Alpine's e200 LS air jet sieve guarantees a high reproducibility and optimum comparability of the results.
