ALPINE Air Jet Sieve e200 LS
Analysis sieving machine for the laboratory
Hosokawa Alpine developed the process of air jet sieving more than 50 years ago and launched the very first air jet sieve onto the market. Every new generation constituted a milestone with which ALPINE defined new standards for particle size analysis. Today, the ALPINE air jet sieve is the most-used device around the world for determining the particle size distributions of dry powders and is employed in just about every industry. Many companies throughout the world stipulate ALPINE's air jet sieve in their factory standards as standard test equipment. Numerous national and international standards also mandate the air jet sieve for testing certain products. Its strong market position stems from the wide performance range at simultaneously high-quality results: it always delivers (at identical underpressure and sieving duration) exactly reproducible particle size analyses in the range 10 μm to 4000 μm.
With the Alpine Air Jet Sieve e200LS, Hosokawa Alpine has succeeded yet again in setting a new benchmark in terms of functionality and quality. For the very first time, the unit has an integrated mini-computer which controls, regulates and monitors the sieving process. Optimised sieving times and reduced peripherals save the operator time, and automatic checks and default settings increase the quality of the results. The ergonomic design is functional and yet elegant at the same time. A touch screen permits simple and intuitive operation.
