Application areas

The e200 LS air jet sieve is ideal for analysing any kind of dry material. Samples of between 0.3 and 100 grams in weight can be analysed easily and quickly. The batch weight is dependent on the sieve mesh width and material density. The extraordinarily good dispersion of the material being analysed by the nozzle jet permits analyses down to 10 µm with the micro-precision sieves.

The air jet sieve is employed in a great variety of different industries, e.g. for tobacco, coffee, sugar, salt, spices, herbs, flour, lactose, toner, activated carbon, ores, fertilisers, paints, plastics, cement, sand, graphite, limestone, sandstone, eye-shadow, face powder and for some products, it is even mandated in national and international standards as the testing device (cf. list of product standards).
